How can I set up an account?

I have forgotten my password, what should I do?

Click here and enter your email address. You will then receive an email with a link to assign a new password, which is only valid for a short duration for security reasons. When entering your email address, make sure to pay attention to upper and lower case.

Note: You will only receive the link if you have actually ordered from us in the past or set up an account with us. If you have only subscribed to the newsletter in the past, you can register here as a new customer.

How do I delete my user account?

We are sorry that you have decided to have your Act1 customer account deleted. Please contact our customer service in this regard. It is best to use our contact form for this. We will then promptly arrange for the deletion and confirm it to you.

I would like to change my email address, what can I do?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change or correct the email address due to data protection reasons.

The only option here is to create a new customer account with the correct email address, if it is not already listed in our system.

Order and Shipping

What payment methods do you offer?

You can pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, China UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and EPS.

What are the shipping methods and fees?

You can see the delivery costs during the check out, based on your location. Keep an eye on our special offers, as we regularly offer free shipping as well.

When will my order be delivered?

Delivery time is usually two to three business days.

Can I cancel my order?

You have the option to cancel your order. Cancellation is possible up until the point at which the order is transmitted to our logistics department. After our logistics department receives your order, it is no longer possible to cancel the order.

I have not received an email confirmation of receipt, order confirmation or delivery notification. What should I do?

First, check your spam folder to see if the confirmation email is there. If not, please contact our support team through the contact form.

Does Act1 offer product subscriptions?

Yes, subscribe to our newsletter to stay tuned once we start offering this.

Returns

Is the return free of charge?

Yes, the return is of course free of charge.

Within what time can I return my order?

You can return the order within fourteen days without giving any reasons. The right of revocation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, have been delivered the products.

How can I return my order?

In the case of revocation, we offer you a free return. Please note the following instructions for the return, which will facilitate the process for us:

The goods must be still in the original and unopened condition.

Use the original packaging to return the goods.

Request a return label from our logistics partner via this link. Fill out the return label and attach it to the package.

We will confirm the receipt of the return by email.

No, we do not conduct any testing of our products on animals or advocate animal testing. We only work with partners who share our values.

Act1 products are formulated without parabens, sulfates, mineral oils, synthetic dyes or SLES/SLS.

Are your products sold in retail stores?
